Getting under the ‘hood’ of the resilience of their employees was essential in helping us craft a bespoke development programme that met the needs of the organisation. Using the Wraw Index to psychometric test the resilience and wellbeing of the whole organisation, we were able to develop a wellbeing strategy and tailored programme to improve employee resilience. Following significant improvements in resilience, retention and sickness days, we designed a learning and development programme to improve the skills of their first line managers.
